1. Introduction
Welcome to Monetive ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), a digital product monetization platform operated by Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited, registered at Takyel Khongbal, Imphal West, CRPF Camp Langjing, Manipur, India — 795113.
By accessing or using Monetive at monetive.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
2. Definitions
"Creator" means any individual or business that registers on Monetive to sell digital products or services.
"Buyer" means any individual who purchases a product or service through a Creator's payment page on Monetive.
"Digital Product" means any eBook, course, template, PDF, video, or other digital content sold through the Platform.
"Payment Page" means the creator's product listing page hosted on Monetive.
"Platform Fee" means the commission charged by Monetive on each successful transaction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Creator on Monetive. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Monetive is currently available to residents of India only. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Creator Responsibilities
As a Creator on Monetive, you agree to:
4.1 Provide accurate and truthful information about your products and services.
4.2 Deliver the purchased product or service to the Buyer promptly after payment is confirmed.
4.3 Not sell illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
4.4 Not impersonate any person, brand, or organization.
4.5 Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
4.6 Handle Buyer data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.7 Set fair and accurate pricing for your products.
5. Platform Fees
Monetive charges a platform fee on each successful transaction. The current fee structure is displayed in your dashboard. We reserve the right to modify platform fees with reasonable prior notice to Creators.
Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a RBI-regulated payment gateway. Cashfree's own terms and fees apply separately.
6. AutoDM Feature
Monetive's AutoDM feature allows you to automatically send Instagram direct messages to users who comment specific keywords on your posts. By using this feature, you agree to the following:
6.1 You are solely responsible for the content of all automated messages sent through Monetive.
6.2 You will not use AutoDM to send spam, misleading content, harassment, or any content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Instagram's Terms of Use.
6.3 Monetive is not liable for any restriction, suspension, or termination of your Instagram account resulting from your use of the AutoDM feature.
6.4 You grant Monetive permission to access your Instagram account, read comments, and send messages solely for the purpose of delivering the AutoDM service you have configured.
6.5 You may revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account from Monetive's dashboard.
7. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Monetive:
- Adult or sexually explicit material
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Pirated, plagiarized, or copyright-infringing material
- Fake certificates, degrees, or credentials
- Financial investment advice without proper SEBI registration
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
- Any content that violates Indian law
Monetive reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content uploaded by Creators remains the intellectual property of the respective Creator. By uploading content to Monetive, you grant Monetive a non-exclusive license to display and deliver your content to Buyers.
Monetive's own branding, design, code, and content are the intellectual property of Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited and are protected under applicable law.
9. Payments and Settlements
All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Monetive does not store any payment card or bank account details.
Creator earnings (after platform fee deduction) are settled to the Creator's registered bank account as per Cashfree's settlement schedule.
Monetive is not liable for any payment delays caused by Cashfree or banking institutions.
10. Buyer Protection
Buyers agree that all purchases are final unless the Creator has explicitly stated a refund policy on their payment page. Monetive is not responsible for disputes between Creators and Buyers regarding product quality or delivery, but will assist in good faith where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability
Monetive is a platform that connects Creators and Buyers. We do not verify the quality, accuracy, or legality of Creator content. Monetive's liability is limited to the platform fee collected on any disputed transaction.
Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Account Termination
Monetive reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Creator or Buyer account that:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Files chargebacks without valid reason
- Uploads prohibited content
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Imphal, Manipur, India.

16. Community Features
16.1 Community Creation. Creators on Monetive may create Communities — private or public group spaces where members can communicate, share content, and access exclusive resources. By creating a Community, you agree to:
- Be responsible for all content posted within your Community
- Enforce Monetive's community standards and these Terms among your members
- Not use Communities to distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Accurately represent your Community's purpose, pricing, and access terms
16.2 Community Membership. By joining a Community on Monetive, you agree to:
- Comply with the Community's rules as set by the Community owner
- Not harass, threaten, or abuse other members
- Not share content that violates Monetive's Acceptable Use Policy
- Accept that Community owners may remove you from their Community at any time for violations of their rules or these Terms
16.3 Community Payments.
- One-time and subscription payments for Communities are processed via Cashfree and are subject to Monetive's platform fee (5% for BETA creators, 10% for free creators)
- Subscription memberships auto-renew until cancelled by the member or terminated by the creator
- Refunds for Community memberships are subject to the creator's refund policy and Monetive's general refund guidelines
- Monetive is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or value of content provided within any Community
16.4 Moderation and Bans.
- Community owners and moderators have the right to mute, kick, or ban members who violate Community rules
- Banned members forfeit access to the Community without refund unless Monetive determines otherwise
- Monetive reserves the right to remove any Community or member that violates these Terms
16.5 Community Content.
- Messages, files, and media shared in Communities remain the property of the user who posted them
- By posting content in a Community, you grant Monetive a limited license to store and display that content within the platform
- Monetive does not claim ownership of content posted in Communities
- Creators are responsible for ensuring content shared in their Communities does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
16.6 Direct Messages.
- Direct messages sent through Monetive's Community DM system are private between sender and recipient
- Monetive does not read private messages except when required by law or to investigate reports of abuse, harassment, or Terms violations
- Do not use DMs to send spam, phishing links, or unsolicited commercial messages
16.7 Polls and Interactive Features.
- Poll results are visible to Community members as configured by the Community owner
- Anonymous polls do not reveal individual votes to other members; however, Monetive may access vote data for abuse investigation if required
16.8 Broadcasts.
- Creators may send broadcast messages to all Community members via push notification and email
- Members may unsubscribe from broadcast emails at any time via their profile settings
- Creators may not use the Broadcast feature to send spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Monetive reserves the right to disable the Broadcast feature for creators who misuse it
16.9 Streaks, Badges, and Achievements.
- Streak counts, achievement badges, and other gamification features are for engagement purposes only
- Monetive does not guarantee the accuracy of streak data across all devices and sessions
- Monetive reserves the right to modify or remove gamification features at any time without notice
16.10 Resources Channels.
- Files and links shared in Resources channels are provided by Community creators and members
- Monetive is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party links or files shared in Resources channels
- Do not share files containing malware, illegal content, or content that violates these Terms
17. Push Notifications and Communications
17.1 By enabling push notifications in Monetive Community, you consent to receive notifications for new messages, community activity, and platform updates on your device.
17.2 You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or through your Monetive profile settings.
17.3 Monetive will not sell or share your push notification subscription data with third parties.
17.4 Broadcast messages sent by Community creators are the sole responsibility of those creators. Monetive is not liable for the content of creator-initiated broadcasts.
18. Acceptable Use in Communities
The following are strictly prohibited in all Monetive Communities.
18.1 You must not post, share, or transmit:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Content that glorifies or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
- Spam, chain messages, or repetitive unsolicited content
- Phishing links, malware, or malicious code
- Content that impersonates another person or entity
- Personal information of other users without consent
18.2 Violations may result in:
- Removal of the offending content
- Temporary or permanent mute or ban from the Community
- Suspension or termination of your Monetive account
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement if required
