Monetive (operated by Kanglei Sannathong Pvt. Ltd.) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time — from inside the app, or by contacting us. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.
1. Delete from inside the app
- Open the Monetive app or go to monetive.in and sign in.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile.
- Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and enter your password if you signed up with email and password.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. You will be signed out on all devices and will not be able to sign back in with the same account.
2. Delete by email
If you can no longer sign in, email care@mail.monetive.in from the email address registered with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 working days.
3. What is deleted
- Your login credentials and authentication sessions
- Your profile: name, username, bio, photo, phone number, email, social links
- Your storefront, payment pages, payment links, lead magnets, merchandise and uploaded files
- Booking pages, sessions and availability settings
- Followers, audience lists and analytics tied to your account
- Auto-DM automations, logs and connected Instagram / Meta accounts
- Bank account, UPI and KYC details, ad wallet balances and API keys
- Push notification subscriptions and device sessions
4. What is retained, and for how long
Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep certain financial records. These are retained in a de-identified form — detached from your deleted account — and are not used to identify or contact you:
- Completed order and transaction records
- Tax invoices and platform fee invoices
- Payout and withdrawal records
These are retained for up to 8 years, as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income Tax Act, 1961, after which they are purged. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.
5. Before you delete
- Withdraw any remaining balance — unwithdrawn earnings are forfeited on deletion.
- You cannot delete while a withdrawal is still being processed.
- Your public store URL and username are released and may be claimed by someone else.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled; buyers lose access to products you published.
