1. Nature of Products
Monetive is a platform for digital products and services (eBooks, PDFs, templates, courses, consultations, memberships, etc.) sold by independent Creators. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Delivery of Digital Products
- Digital files are delivered instantly after a successful payment, on the order confirmation screen.
- A copy of the access link (and the file, where applicable) is also sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes.
- Buyers can re-access all their past purchases at any time by visiting /my-purchases and verifying their email.
3. Delivery of Services & Consultations
For services such as 1:1 consultations, calls, or memberships, the Creator will contact the Buyer at the email or phone number provided at checkout to schedule and deliver the service, as described on the Creator's payment page.
4. Failed Delivery
If you have completed a payment but have not received your digital product within 30 minutes, please:
- Check your spam / promotions folder for an email from Monetive.
- Visit /my-purchases, enter the email used at checkout, and re-trigger the access link.
- If the issue persists, contact us at care@mail.monetive.in with your payment reference.
5. Delivery Charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable.
